Children and pets may stay in the space during the treatment. We choose products and procedures according to the manufacturer’s instructions and our assessment on site. In rodent control, bait always goes into closed bait boxes where children and pets cannot reach it. Tell us before we arrive who uses the space and where food is kept.
No. There is no restriction on staying in the space. If your particular case calls for the space to be cleared or aired for a while, the team tells you before the treatment.
DDD stands for three services: Disinsection (insect control), Disinfection (elimination of microorganisms) and Deratization (rodent control).
Yes. We work to the HACCP standard — for hospitality venues, cold stores, food premises, gyms, pharmacies, hair salons, kiosks and retail chains. HACCP sites are visited monthly and receive a certificate of the completed service.
With falconry — trained birds of prey and a professional falconer. We work with Harris’s hawks. Birds are not killed.
Photograph it, describe what it looks like, tell us where you see it and what traces it leaves — droppings, for example. That is usually enough for us to know what we are dealing with in advance. We confirm the species on site.
Disinsection of a flat takes about 15 minutes, rodent control 15 to 20 minutes, and disinfection of a space about 15 minutes. For larger premises we estimate the duration when you book.
With cockroaches the first results show after about 15 minutes. With bed bugs it depends on the level of infestation — treatment can run from one to three months, with 4 to 10 days between treatments.
When the infestation is heavy and three generations of insects or rodents are present, the treatment is repeated every 7 to 10 days until the cycle is broken.
Do not wipe the treated spots with a wet cloth for at least 7 days. Do not move or open the bait boxes. Any further notes, depending on the type of premises, come from the team on site and are written into the work order.
We come on site within 24 hours — for every service. The phone is answered around the clock, and emergencies are handled with an on-site call-out. For business premises we also work outside normal hours, fitted around the site’s own opening hours — most often hospitality venues.
Preventively and systematically at least twice a year — in spring and autumn, when pest activity is highest. Sites under contract are visited two to four times a year, and HACCP sites monthly.
Rodent control and disinsection: 6 months for residential spaces, 3 to 4 months for hospitality venues. Disinfection: 15 days. Biological protection of buildings from unwanted birds: 3 months, once the population is reduced to 2% of the level found on arrival. The guarantee covers the treatment at the critical points. The conditions are that treated surfaces are not wiped, bait boxes are not touched, and organic products are not left open without proper packaging — the rest depends on the premises being treated.
We quote once we have assessed the problem and the area of the space. Describe the space and the problem by phone or through the enquiry form.
After every completed treatment we issue a work order describing the service, the time the treatment took and any notes. Sites working to the HACCP standard also receive a certificate — hospitality venues, cold stores, food premises, gyms, pharmacies, hair salons, kiosks and retail chains.
