Bed bugs hide in mattresses, furniture joints and behind trims, and are often found in apartments and accommodation. We treat them thoroughly and discreetly, with a repeat treatment when needed.

Yes. We work in residential properties (flats, houses, apartment blocks) and business premises — hospitality, food production, offices, warehouses and premises under sanitary supervision (to the site’s HACCP procedures).
Show us the places where you have seen the insects most — that is where the treatment starts. We confirm the species on site: cockroaches, German cockroaches, ants, bed bugs, wasps. Clear food and dishes from open surfaces and give us access to the harbourages.
Disinsection of a flat takes about 15 minutes. With cockroaches the first results show after about 15 minutes. With bed bugs it depends on the level of infestation — treatment can run from one to three months. For larger premises we estimate the duration when you book.
It depends on the species and the level of infestation. With bed bugs the treatment is repeated every 4 to 10 days. When the infestation is heavy and three generations of insects are present, it is repeated every 7 to 10 days until the cycle is broken.
You do not need to leave. Children and pets may stay in the space during the treatment — we choose products and procedures according to the manufacturer’s instructions and our assessment on site. Tell us in advance who uses the space and where food is kept. After the treatment, do not wipe the treated spots with a wet cloth for at least 7 days.
6 months for residential spaces, 3 to 4 months for hospitality venues. The guarantee covers the treatment at the critical points, on condition that treated surfaces are not wiped and that organic products are not left open without proper packaging.
Yes. After every completed treatment we issue a work order describing the service, the time the treatment took and any notes. Sites working to the HACCP standard also receive a certificate.
